2. What this policy covers
This policy describes how VeyraOps LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our website and our communication and booking software, which we provide to service businesses such as salons and similar appointment-based businesses.
VeyraOps provides software to these businesses. When you interact with a business that uses VeyraOps, that business decides what information is collected and why. VeyraOps processes that information on the business's behalf. For questions about a specific business's own practices, contact that business directly.
3. Information we collect
- Contact information such as a phone number, name, or email address.
- Message and call records including the content and timing of messages exchanged with a business that uses VeyraOps, and records of incoming calls such as the calling number, time, and duration.
- Appointment information such as the service requested, appointment date and time, and booking status.
- Payment records such as transaction status, amount, and payment-reference information. Payment-card and banking information is processed by the applicable third-party payment processor and is not intended to be stored directly by VeyraOps.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited on this website.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
This website (veyraops.com) uses Google Tag Manager, a tag-management tool that lets us add and manage measurement and advertising scripts without changing the site's code each time. Installing Tag Manager does not, by itself, place advertising or analytics cookies before you make a choice below.
When you first visit this website, a banner asks whether you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Where a business uses VeyraOps to communicate by text message, phone numbers, message content, and messaging-consent records may be processed solely to provide those communications.
We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
7. Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including a telecommunications provider for messaging and voice, a payment processor for deposits, and cloud hosting and database providers. These providers process information on our instructions and are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations.
For this website, we also use Google Tag Manager to manage the optional measurement and advertising scripts described in Section 4.
8. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. Records that document consent, opt-out requests, and message delivery may be kept longer where required by applicable telecommunications rules.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant-level data separation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Where the information was collected on behalf of a business using VeyraOps, we may need to direct your request to that business. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

11. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
